#The text in the yellow column is an example of how you should enter information.

 

Buyers are categorised as:

Active office buyers -  These are the buyers that belong to a particular office.

All office buyers - The buyers that belong to the office of the individual that has logged in (viewing the information).

Active regional buyers - The buyers whose buyer profile is still active and offices in each region can view other office buyers within the same region.

All regional buyers - Buyers in a certain region active or not, these are individuals that have at some point had a buyer record.

The list views can be sorted alphabetically by first name or last name click the link at the top of the column to sort. This is the contact's email address and by clicking email, you will be able to send them an email immediately.

 

Introduced

The date the buyer profile was entered into the system.

Expire

The date the buyer profile expires.

Office

The office that has created the buyer record.

Price

The maximum price that the buyer id willing to pay for property.

New Buyer  or Update Buyer Profile

These are the links that you should use when either creating a new buyer record or updating a buyer record. This section is dedicated to what happens if either buttons are selected. Select either on of the links, either new buyer profile or update buyer profile.

Office*

(mandatory) The office that has created the buyer record. If the Sales partner belongs to more than one office, they have the option to select the office they are representing when entering the buyer record.

Ferndale

Max price *

(mandatory) The maximum price that the buyer id willing to pay for property. Please enter just the figure in this area, the system will will insert the decimal points where necessary and the currency sign.

Introduction date

The date the buyer profile was entered into the system.

Expiry date*

(mandatory) The date the buyer profile expires.

Bedrooms

The number of bedrooms that the buyer i looking for.

Bathrooms

The number of bathroom that the buyer would like in a property.

If there is a garage available or and how many they are.

If there is a carport available and how many they are.

Property types

The property type that the buyer is lookg for.

House, Flat, Loft...

Buyer classification

The reason for buying.

Sales Partner

The name of the Sales Partner that  created the buyer record is displayed here.

Derek Aarts

Office

The office that the sales partner belongs to and where they are creating the buyer record from.

Ferendale

Partner type The partner type that represent in the transaction.

Agent, Agent Contacted, Referrer

New

This is when you would like to add a new Sales Partner to the buyer record.

Other requirements

The requirements that the buyer may specify and have not been captured anywhere in their record.

Garden area

Other comments

Other general comments that are relevant to the buyer record.

If you source can nt be found amoung the listed, you are able to enter them in this area.
