This the only place that a listing referral may be created. Any user is able to create/submit a listing referral if - if valuation exist, but is older than 21 days - no listings present - no referrals of status draft/submitted/accepted status (only declined & expired). Once it is submitted no editing can be done user must go to the listing. Once submitted the creating office/agent cannot edit anymore, the receiving office can only press buttons and add comments. Select New Referral when you want to add a referral.

Status	The status of the referral.	Draft
Comments	Additional information the office that is being referred to may find useful about the property or the client.	The client has relocated to a residence close to you.

Add Owner	Select the 'Add Owner' link and add the owner of the property to the referral. Once you have done that teh owners details will be displayed.	.............
History	An audit trail of all the individuals that have been involved with the referral.	.............

Created	Displayed is the date the referral was created.
Referring Office	Displayed is the office that is referring the property.
Office Referred to	Displayed is the office that has been referred to the property.
Status	The status of the referral. If status = submitted an email notification send to all parties. After 48 hours it must be accepted.
